What we offer
We provide an online service for listing homes for sale for a flat fee, and tools for licensed real estate agents to manage listings, fill in and sign forms, track offers, and work with clients.
No legal advice, and no broker relationship by itself
Forms and tools on this site are provided for convenience. We are not a law firm and do not give legal or tax advice. Review everything before you sign, and talk to an attorney if you have questions. Using this site does not by itself create a broker and client relationship. That happens only through a written agreement with a licensed broker.
Your account
Give us accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Agents
If you sign up as an agent, you confirm that you hold a valid real estate license in good standing where you work, that you will follow all license laws and rules that apply to you, and that you are responsible for the transactions you handle and the documents you send.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, text, and documents you add. You give us permission to host, display, and use them to run the service. You promise that you have the right to use them, such as photos you took or have permission to use, and that they are accurate and not misleading.
Fair housing
You may not post anything that discriminates, or states a preference, based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local law.
Fees and payments
- Listing fee
- The flat listing fee is shown at checkout.
- Agent plan
- Agent accounts start with a free trial, then continue as a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel.
- Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds
- Unless the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing, fees are not refundable.
- Price changes
- We will tell you before any price change takes effect.
Electronic signatures and records
You agree to use electronic signatures and to receive documents electronically. Signatures are handled by SignWell. You are responsible for reading each document before you sign it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, false, or harmful. Do not try to access other people's accounts, overload or attack the site, send spam through it, or copy its content in bulk.
Other companies' services
Stripe, SignWell, and other providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their services.
No guarantees
The site is provided "as is." We do not promise that your home will sell, at what price, or how quickly. Value and comparable-sales information is for general information only and is not an appraisal.
Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the site or other people at risk. You can stop using the site at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
